What is a virtual card?

A card without a physical plastic form. Once issued, it has a number, expiry date and security code for online payments and, where supported, a mobile wallet.

Can I get a card now?

You can choose a card and save settings in your account. Issuance, top-ups and payments are unavailable; no money is accepted.

Which services will I be able to pay for?

It depends on the card program, account region and each service’s rules. The directory helps explore use cases but does not confirm acceptance of Virtual Cards. Check compatibility before applying.

How much do issuance and service cost?

Silver issuance — RUB 1,990, Private — RUB 3,990, one-time. Preliminary terms: no monthly service fee, a 5% top-up markup and 2% foreign exchange (FX) fee. Final terms will be confirmed before payment.

Can I add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?

This use case is planned for Private. Linking requires issuer confirmation and depends on the device and region. Wallet linking is currently unavailable; Silver does not support mobile wallets.

Are a passport and identity check required?

Requirements are set by the selected program’s issuer. Documents are not needed to save account settings—do not send them in chat.

How do I top up the card?

Once payments are connected, available methods, rates and final fees will be shown before confirmation. The current estimate does not create a payment or add funds.

What if a service is not in the directory?
